Description

Masechet Eruvin 77a, a wall between two חצירות, one higher and the other lower, who has permission to make use of the top of the wall? If the wall is too hight to be functionally comfortable for the בעל החצר, how can he accomplish a מיעוט - that is to lower the height of the wall - by creating a פתח?
