Description

Masechet Eruvin 94a-b, more on the dispute between Rebby Eliezer and the Rabbanan: does the public have the legal right to designate an area located at what was once a Mechitza of a Chater as their passage way? If yes, then the area becomes absorbed into the רשות הרבים and one who throws an object from a private domain into that area he would be חייב. In the latter half of today's shiur we will addres the case of a breech in the Mechitza of the Chatzer or the house and does this breech undermine the status of the Mechitza? The case of a breech in a קרן זוית.
