Description

May a husband who wishes to divorce his wife withhold a get pending a financial settlement? What are a woman's options in such a circumstance? May a Jew accept the division of property assigned by an arbitrator using secular principles? Is it theft for a Jew to accept property assigned by a civil court, which a beit din would not have assigned? This session is not intended to provide practical halachic guidance.
