This mishna discusses more cases of eish.
(a) where a spark flew out from under a hammer and damaged someone else's property.
(b) when someone's camel laden with a bundle of pishtan (flax) comes in contact with a storeowner's fire and a fire ensues and spreads causing damage. The mishna discusses cases where the storeowner's fire was in or outside his store at the time the pishtan came in contact with the fire.
(c) A machlokes Tanaim regarding whether one is responsible for his chanukah licht that sets fire to the pishtan laden on the camel passing by.
