Description

Rambam's unique explanation for why Rabbi Yehoshua rejected the מיגו of משארסתני נאנסתי-מוכת עץ but accepted the פה שאסר of שדה זו לקחתיה מאביך-שדה זו שלי היתה מעולם. Why didn't the Rambam say what the gemara said? Or did he? Also: Is פה שאסר a form of מיגו, or something else? The approach of Rav Elchanan Wasserman.
