הסברנו שלפי הגרי"ד דין ירושה שיש במלכות הוא לא דין של ירושה אוטומטית. אבל הוא בכל זאת דין בפני עצמו של ירושה במלכות שהאב זוכה במלוכה לא רק לעצמו אלא לו ולבניו עד עולם. ונראה שגם לפי רש"י שסובר שירושה במלכות היא ירושה אוטומטית זה מפני שהאב זוכה במלוכה לא רק לעצמו אלא הוא זוכה לו ולבניו עד עולם. וזה הסיבה למה הירושה במלכות היא ירושה אוטומטית. מפני שהאב כבר זכה במלוכה של בנו.
