Description

Why is it that the Rama says that the "Chazzan for SLICHOT= Chazzan ALL Day" for all the rest of the davenings? What does one have to do with the other, especially since all year long, we have a DIFFERENT Chazzan for Shacharit then Mincha, Shacharit versus Musaf, and yet during Slichot, the same Chazzan will lead both Slichot and then Shacharit, Mincha and Maariv?
