והמעמר. ע' תוס' רי"ד דבמלאכת מעמר אם נתפזר ועמר שנית אינו חייב דרק הוי מעמר כשמתקן החסרון דהוי מחובר לקרקע (כך הסביר האגלי טל מלאכת מעמר [ה]) וכן משמע מתוס' ביצה ל"א. ד"ה מן דאינו חייב משום מעמר אא"כ עימר ממקום גידולו. ומהרמב"ם (הל' שבת כ"א:י"א) משמע לא כזה, ולכאורה כן הסמ"ג וע' בזה בשו"ת ערוגת הבשם או"ח סי' פ:ד:ג.
