משני צדדין. ע' בקונטרס קבא דקשייתא קושיא ע' שכתב וז"ל, קשה לי בהא דש"ס בכורות (דף י"ח.) דאמרינן כהן בא עליו משני צדדין ובכור כולו דידיה, והלא קנה בשינוי, כיון ששחטו, וא"כ הוי כמו בלא הספיק ליתנו לו עד שצבעו דפטור (חולין קל"ה.) דקנאו בשינוי, הכי נמי בשחטו, ואף דכתב הר"ן חולין ריש הזרוע דדוקא בנתכוון להפקיעו ממצותיו, מ"מ קשה, חדא דגם בבכור ודאי נתכוון להפקיעו כדי שיפטור ממתנות. ובגוף דברי הר"ן ע' בספר שער ירושלמי פאה פרק ה' מה שתמה על הר"ן, וממילא דגם מדמים פטור כמבואר ברש"י ב"ק (דף ס"ו ע"א ד"ה עד) וצע"ג, עכ"ל. וע' במהדרות מנדלבוים של הקבא דקשייתא (ח"ב עמ' שע"א-שע"ה) מה שהאריך להביא תירוצים בזה.
