K'vod Harav, Uk'vod torato,
If the machlocket between R. Hisda and Rabbah is in metziut, and is settled by a passuk, how strongly is it settled? For example, if a 12 year old does a ma'aseh yibum and 9 months later the woman has a baby, will we say that the child is a vadai mamzeir since the 12 year old can't possibly be the father? Or might we say that the passuk just tells us that the metziut is rare enough that we can ignore it in the case of gezel hager?
Thank you
