Description

Pitchei Choshen 2:15 - Do we force a borrower to get a job in order to pay his debts? What if he stipulated in the loan agreement that he would do so? Even if the courts won't force it, does he have a personal obligation to do so? And might there be a prohibition against compelling someone to take such a job, or even against him doing so on his own?
