For Masechet Bava Matzia 19a regarding a lost Get that was found: Identifying the lost Get by recognition or by a distinguishing sign. We will study the aspect of the reliability or lack thereof of the date on the Get that was found. This is relevant to the question: did the sale of her פירות take place before 0r after the נתינת הגט? This issue arises regarding over & over again with regard to a Shtar that was lost and then found. In these cases we must raise all possible suspicions with regard to the reliability of the Shtar or the Get. We begin the sugya of two categories of gift documents: the מתנת שכיב מרע and the gift of a healthy person.
