Fםר Masechet Bava Metzia 20a-b we will study the list in the Mishna of the various shtarot which when found may be returned with סימנים. Common to all of these is the fact that Beis Din had authorized these shtarot and there is no reason to doubt the validity of the Shtar. All other Shtarot are subject to various suspicions for a variety of reasons. Not so with regard to these shtarot.
