For Masechet Bava Kamma 109b we will address the following issue: the Kohen stole from a גר & the latter died without heirs, to whom must the Kohen pay the קרן וחומש? If the Kohen confessed his crime after the death of the convert, he must pay to the Kohanim אנשי משמר. But what if the Kohen גזלן is himself one of the אנשי המשמר? Can he claim ownership over the קרן ומומש? In effect, can he pay himself?
