For Masechet Bava Batra 72b-73a we continue our study of the view of Rebby Shimon re: one who was מקדיש his field but left for himself אילנות. The sugya will try to reconcile an apparent contradiction within the Beraisa of R' Shimon. We will study the Mishna at the beginning of פרק המוכר את הבית.
