Masechet Zevachim 93b: More on the בגד that absorbed דם חטאת and requires כיבוס. There was no קידוש כלי if he received less than a שיעור in the first קבלת הדם. The only דם that generates כיבוס is דם הראוי לזריקה. The debate regarding a potential כלי is it מקבל טומאה.
