Masechet Zevachim 110a-111a: קומץ ולבונה שחסרו is is in violation of חוץ? What if they became חסרים after they were taken out of the Azarah? According to R' Elazer you can only be liable for חוץ if you were מעלה the entire Korban. The Rabbanan disagree and recognize the impact of חסר inside the Azarah.
