Description

What is the origin for the halacha which requires us to say 100 Berachos each and every day? Why can't we just say what we are obligated to say? Why must we do mnore? What is this requirement attempting to instill within us? How do we even get to 100? What about Shabbos and Yom Tov? Yom Kippur? Are women obligated?
