Masechet Ketuvot 42a-b: Understanding the controversy between the Chachamin & Rebby Shimon regarding the status of קנס between העמדה בדין and גבייה. The נפק"מ regarding the question does the Father bequeath the קנס to his heirs? The distinction of Rabba (according to R' Shimon) between קנס of אונס ומפתה and other קנסות. We will make an attempt at analyzing the controversy in the light of a debate between the Rambam & Raavad regarding who is Halachacly able to sue the defendant for the קנס, the Father or the נערה herself?
