Parshat Nitzavim is the culmination of parshat Ki Tavo. The latter foretells the second Galut, that of Edom. Nitzavim promises that Yisrael will do Teshuva and there will be a GeUlah from Edom. This faith in Kneset Yisrael that they will do Teshuva is the very basis of our fundamental faith in the coming of Mashiach. In the last half of this shiur we will discuss the special Teshuva for sins of Bein Adam LeChaveiro.
