      Rabbi Feldman, Can you please send me the source in the Gemorah that says that "we don't know how to give tochacha today"?] Is that because there are technically no reshaim today "to hate" therefore this mitzva might not be relevant at this point in time? Or do we assume that even if there was a rasha he wouldn't accept tochacha? Thank you very much, Basya Gutmann
