If the minyan is delaying and will not reach ק"ש until after the זמן המצוה, how much of ק"ש should be recited during ברכת השחר? How does this reflect on the שיעור מצות דאי' of ק"ש? Why does the זמן ק"ש carry over to the seemingly independent mitzvah of זכירת יציאת מצרים?
