This shiur begins by discussing the positive and negative influences experienced by neighboring Shevatim in Parshas Bamidbar. The shiur then goes on to discuss Halachos which require us to not damage the property of our neighbors. The shiur then connects this concept of ideal neighbors and neighborhoods to Pirkei Avos, Shavuos, and the unity we experienced at Matan Torah.
