Once we set up the chiddush of the braita, we must analyze the chiddush of Rebby Chanina beyond the braita. Here is where Tos' breaks new ground with the concept of Kurva DeMuchach. Even if I grant you the chiddush of the braita that Rov beats out Kurva DeLo Muchach, I need R' Chanina for Rov beating a Kurva DeMuchach. What are these 2 Kurvas?
