iWe begin the Gemorah of Bava Kamma 82a with this short introduction to the sugya of Ezra'a ten Takanot. Just as Yehoshua established ten conditions to benefit the people of Israel at the time of ביאה ראשונה, so did Ezra institute ten Takanot at the time of the 2nd entry into the Land, ביאה שנייה. We will offer an overview of these ten and in the next shiur study these in detail.
