Using the insights of Haktav V'hakabbalah (Rabbi Yaakov Zvi Mecklenberg), we see what Rashi means when he explains Moshe's teaching the Torah in 70 languages; a unique possibility of where Sinai and Chorev are; in what manner a judge is meant to avoid playing favorites; AND Moshe indicates that his reason for not going into the land has much more to do with the people than the Spies and Mei Merivah.
