Description

Using the commentary of Or HaChaim, we looked at some of the ways Yaakov anticipated and prepared for meeting Eisav. And we explored Yaakov's arrival at Shechem (the city) and Or HaChaim's approach to how the brothers dealt with Shechem. The main point hinges around the word "Mirmah" - were they sly, tricky, deceitful? Or were they straight up about how they felt, while dealing shrewdly with very unsavory characters?
