Masechet Bava Metzia 15a, when determining the rights of the creditor (the בעל חוב) to collect from the לוקח (who purchased real estate or a field from the לוה), is it thinkable had the creditor can confiscate this real estate even from the produce growing on the field, i.e. the product of the expenditures and labor of the לוקח?
