Would it be mutar or proper to bring a sefer torah to a yoshev be'vidus (alone), or did you mean only if he can go to shule?. One rov told me that bringing the sefer is not proper, to a yochid I guess. If mutar, can I tell him a mokor?

If a person has no other way to read Parshas Zachor, it may be brought to
his house. If he has to fulfill the mitzvah of Parshas Zachor, we would do
so because he has no choice. Generally, Kriyas Hatorah is a
chovas Hatzibbur so we wouldn't bring it for one person, Parshas Zachor
would be different.
