The world of nigun (song) is very great. The highest level of emunah (faith) can be reached through singing nigunim. In singing, we bare our souls. Singing nigunim is a great way to do teshuvah. The power of nigun is also the greatest tool of the side of evil. Music can heal the body. Nigunim are for serving G-d, not for entertainment or background noise. During a nigun, we begin speaking to G-d.
