This podcast will analyze the status of stem cells and the pre-embryo from the traditional Jewish perspective. It will discuss the dilemma whether taking these cells and “aborting” them in an embryo is permitted in order to heal sickness in another human is permitted or not and why. It will also discuss the status of the fetus in Jewish thought.
