Description

Pitchei Choshen 2:11-12 - A borrower who irresponsibly or intentionally gives away or lends out his money and therefore cannot pay his debts; A borrower who takes a vow prohibiting his creditor from benefiting of his property. [Note: In source ד, removed the word לא which I had initially suspected belonged there. It was my mistake.]
