Description

The sugya in Pesachim 10a addresses the cases of Chametz that went into one of 2 houses that were already checkes & 2 people who went down 2 roads one of which had a buried corpse. In Yoreh De"ah siman # 111 there is a controversy between the Bach & the Taz regarding two pieces of meat, one kosher and the other not that fell into two pots of kosher meat, one piece fell into one pot the other into the second pot, but we don't know which pot received the non-kosher meat. The Bach assumes that if the respective owners of the two pots come one at a time to raise the q', both pots are permitted based on the analogy to two roads. The Bach comes to a similar conclusion in the laws of Niddah. The Taz disagrees with both conclusions of the Bach.
