Today's sugya divides into three parts: the responsibility of the seller to guarantee the buyer that his money will not be lost in event the land that he purchased is take away. Two, how much is one required to spend for Hidur mitvah? Three, one who passes fire over to the hands of a child who can hardly be expected to provide protection and שמירה, is the owner of the flame liable for damages caused by the child?
