Description

For Masechet Bava Kamma 44a-b we will address the issue of an the animal killed a child, is the animal put to death? What if the ox was a Tam? Why couldn't this law be derived from logical analysis? We will study the can of a man or an animal who mistakenly killed the wrong person, is there capital punishment for the murderer or the animal? If the animal is exonerated what about the payment of כופר by its owner?
