For Masechet Bava Batra 87a-b we will address the issue: When is a Kinyan finalized? The seller is pouring the oil into the receptacle of the buyer. If the agreement was to sell a certain volume of oil, is the Kinyan postponed until the last drop of that volume of oil is poured? Or can we prorate the volume and the buyer can acquire a fraction of the oil that has been poured? Who is the middleman and who owns the measure?
