For Masechet Sanhedrin 72b-73a: the source for the Din of Rodef & can we kill the Rodef without a התראה? Rav Huna claims there is no need for a warning. The sugya quotes various Beraisos which either support or contradict Rav Huna. Can the law of Rodef be derived from נערה המאורסה? Would such a derivation be voided by the principle of אין עונשין מן הדין?
