Masechet Sukka 33b: The Heter to remove the berries on Yom Tov, based upon Rebby Shimon - דבר שאינו מתכוין - when he has a spare Hadas. Is this a removal of מלאכת תיקון מנה? Or this a removal of פסיק רישיה? Rashi seems to be operating on two levels.
