Masechet Ketuvot B'Iyun 29a & 30a: More on her מחילה in the case of מפותה if the father is out of the picture. We will study the case where her father was alive at the time of the משעשה פיתוי, but he died before the העמדה בדין. Does her consent to the ביאה qualify as a valid מחילה? This is the subject of a debate among the Rishonim and we seek to reveal the many dimensions of this issue.
