Masechet Ketuvot 40a: More about the payments of בושת ופגם in the cases of אונס ומפתה & how we derive these payments as additional to קנס. Was the act directed against her - a personal affront - or was she simply at the wrong place at the wrong time? Why does אונס ומפתה lend themselves to relative penalties, in contrast to שור המועד שהרג את העבד where the penalty is objective and uniform without any element of relativity? Does the נערה herself deserve to collect the בושת ופגם?
