Masechet Zevachim 6b-7a: Does Rebby Shimon accept the principle of לב בית דין מתנה? When Reuvein's Toda was slaughtered as if it were Shimon's Toda, the Psul is classified as שינוי בעליםrather than שינוי בעלים. However we will discuss the case of of Reuvein's חטאת that was slaughtered on behalf of Shimon who himself is obligated in a חטאת. Or if Shimon is not planning to bring any קרבן. In these last two cases the korban is invalid under the law of שינוי בעלים.
