Masechet Eruvin Live 37, ironing out the seeming contradictions in the various statements of Rebby Yossi regarding ברירה. We will also raise the possibility that even if we reject the validity of ברירה, that's only as far as a דין דאורייתא is concerned; we may, however, be more lenient regarding a דין דרבנן.
