Description

Masechet Sanhedrin B'Iyun 26b: Three different levels of מזיד, and the elements of התראה. Level 1: ידיעת האיסור; Level 2: the violation of the Aveira immediately following the התראה, which makes him into a מזיד גמור; Level 3: מתיר עצמו למיתה. In this shiur we will demonstrate that although regarding פסול רשע דאורייתא we require all three levels, with regard to פסול עדות דרבנן, all we need is Level 1.
